Conduct Policy At Le Club Bijoux we are dedicated to fostering a warm and supportive learning environment for all participants. Our goal is to ensure that every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to thrive in our classes. To maintain a positive atmosphere conducive to learning, we have established the following guidelines regarding child conduct: Respectful: We kindly ask all participants, to treat each other, our instructors, and the learning space with kindness and consideration. We believe that mutual respect forms the foundation of a successful learning experience. Participation: We enthusiastically encourage children to actively participate in class activities, ask questions, and share their thoughts and ideas. While we value enthusiasm, we also prioritize maintaining an environment where everyone can engage in learning without disruption. Guidance and Support: Our dedicated instructors are here to provide guidance and support to help children overcome challenges and excel in their learning journey. Should a child encounter conduct difficulties, our instructors will work collaboratively with them and their guardians to find constructive solutions. Cancellation of Registration: In rare instances where a child's conduct consistently disrupts the learning experience of others despite our best efforts, we reserve the right to cancel their registration in the class. This decision will be made thoughtfully and in consultation with the child's guardians, with the mutual goal of ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Fairness to All Participants: Our commitment to fairness extends to every participant in our classes. We believe it is essential that each child has the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment free from significant disruptions. We are grateful for your cooperation and support in upholding these policies, which are designed to promote a nurturing and inclusive environment.
